As we step into 2025, I hope that this finds you and your loved ones well after some spectacular holidays filled with joy and togetherness. Entering a New Year means a fresh start, setting goals, planning adventures, and, most of all, using your vacation ownership to arrange moments of relaxation on the warm, sunny beaches of Mexico. 

This past year has certainly been a celebration of connections, with so many of our members taking the opportunity to enjoy some truly unforgettable vacations. Whether you’re a first-time member just discovering the joys of ownership or a longtime member who has been with us since the 1980s, your presence brings warmth and vibrancy to our resorts. Seeing your familiar, smiling faces is the highlight of our teams’ days, as they dedicate themselves to making sure your vacations are extraordinary. 

Vacation time for most is more than just an escape; it is an opportunity for togetherness, discovery, and creating cherished memories that remain etched not only in our sandy shores but also in our hearts. Because of you, our members, we are inspired to continue crafting magical moments year after year. 

Over the past year, we’ve been dedicated to enhancing your experiences. Many of our resorts have received prestigious awards for outstanding hospitality, reflective of our commitment to excellence. Our culinary teams have elevated dining with innovative menus, fresh concepts, and unique experiences designed to delight our members. 

We are also thrilled to share some exciting milestones. In 2024, Tafer added Diamante Cabo San Lucas to its portfolio, completed Hotel Mousai Cancun, and has continued to develop more inventory at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta. Moreover, we’re excited to announce the management engagement with Palmar Beach Resort in Cancun Puerto Morelos, Riviera Maya. This new destination opens even more travel opportunities for our members. 

As we embrace 2025, our commitment to you remains unwavering. We’ll continue to prioritize exceptional service, thoughtful updates, and experiences that bring joy to every moment of your stay.
