Your Guide to Poolside Bliss at TAFER Resorts

We are dedicated to offering our members an exceptional vacation experience. To ensure everyone’s comfort, safety, and enjoyment, we kindly ask you to follow these poolside guidelines. Whether you’re here to relax by the water or take advantage of our luxurious amenities, these measures are in place to maintain a delightful and harmonious atmosphere for everyone.

Pool Guidelines 

The resort pools are the heart of every vacation, and we strive to ensure that all members can fully enjoy this space. Here’s how you can help us keep things enjoyable for everyone: 

Restricted Pool Access 

Please note that the use of pools and lounge chairs is exclusive to members staying at the resort tied to their reservation. 

Pool Hours 

Each resort has tailored pool hours designed to complement its unique ambiance. Be sure to check the pool hours specific to your location, which can be found on signs near the pool area or by contacting the front desk at extension 0. For your convenience, pool towels are available during designated hours, but we kindly ask that room towels not be used at the pool.

No Reserving Lounge Chairs 

To maintain fairness and ensure pool seating is available to everyone, reserving chairs with personal belongings such as towels, hats, or other items, especially before the pool opens, is not permitted. Unattended items used to reserve chairs will be removed by the Pool Concierge and stored in Lost & Found. If you need assistance retrieving your belongings, please contact our team at extension 0.

Policy on Food, Beverages, and Containers 

For cleanliness, safety, and enjoyment of all, only food and drinks purchased at the resort’s restaurants or bars are allowed in pool areas. Outside food, beverages, and glass items are prohibited. Purchased beverages are intended for in-room enjoyment only and should not be brought to the pool.

Personal Speakers and Music 

To preserve the tranquil environment, we ask that members refrain from bringing portable speakers to play music in poolside areas. If you wish to enjoy music, we encourage the use of headphones to ensure others are not disturbed.  Following these guidelines allows us to foster a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can relax and fully enjoy their vacation experience.

Maintaining a Safe and Respectful Pool Environment 

Safety and respect are key in creating a welcoming space for all members. Please adhere to the following guidelines during your time at the pool:

• Follow Posted Rules: Safety instructions and pool signage serve to protect you and others. Please read and follow them. 

• Supervise Children: Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times. Children 12 and under should only be in recreation areas under adult supervision, and for safety reasons, children 15 and under are not allowed in Jacuzzis. For little ones in swim diapers, designated splash pad or baby pool areas are available, and frequent diaper changes are strongly encouraged. 

• Sun Protection: Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and take breaks in shaded areas to avoid overexposure to the sun.
